We had a King room on 33rd floor facing the Jing'an Tempel, quite a nice view. Staff at the front desk, room service and in the spa area are nice, friendly and helpful, check-in and out was very quick Room is a bit outdated but was well maintained. The bed was very huge and comfy, I especially liked the pillows. Gym is well equipped and the machines work well. Pool and Spa were very clean and enjoyable. In my opinion the Kunlun offers great value for the money.

The hotel is conveniently located by the newly opened line 14/2/7 metro entrance’s it easy to travel to and from the hotel. The room was nice and the bed very comfortable. Breakfast was Chinese/western option and ok.

The hotel is incredible, breakfast is great, providing both local and Western cuisine. Jacuzzi and sauna works from 7AM, making it a great morning ritual! Special thanks to administrator Mr. Leon, who was very helpful, caring and professional. I arrived late at night and he welcomed me with much attention and made my stay smooth and unforgettable. Mr. Leon and all team service is truly of the highest quality. Thank you Mr. Leon for the great 5 star experience at Kun Lun hotel. Best recommendation!

This hotel has a nice location and friendly.so many four and local people…It is good to walk around on foot. There is a lot of delicious Chinese style food in The interior is antique Chinese style.and ther is a sauna in the hotel..

Staying in the he KunLun Grand Hotel in Jing an Shanghai, was the best experience ever. The best location in the center of Shanghai, 2 mins to the Metro station. Staying in the hotel, is the best choice also , all the staff I met is very courteous, and they tried best to help me with everything, such as carrying luggage, best room to suit my needs, guide me to the place where I can go. The cleaner was very nice, she always made my room very clean and neat. Further more, the price of staying in the hotel, is reasonable. I enjoyed the Shanghai view from my room window. I will definitely to going back and stay in the best hotel, if I travel to Shanghai again. Thanks for all the staff I met :Mr Zhou, Mr Wang, Ms. Wu, including some staff who I didn't know their names.

Perfect location to explore the Jing’an area! Great connection with the subway to all of the city. Very large and comfortable bed, generally very good room size. The hotel provides anything you need from an umbrella to bath robes if you need them.

Amazing stay! As a frequent traveler to Shanghai, the Kunlun was amazing value for money, situated in a great area and did not seem as old as other luxury hotels downtown. Can’t wait to stay here again!
