公寓式的酒店，沒有前台，自助式入住。房間蠻大的，床有點單薄，電視沒有直播頻道，衹有個小米盒子，還沒有會員，可以投屏（這操作對老年人不太友好）。

就是酒店式公寓。不説缺點了，1、衞生還是要有的，房間裏全是灰塵。2、停車要收費，10元。3、枕頭要多放兩個的。4、毛巾也要多放的。説實話，連如家漢庭都不如。

總體來説，還行吧，但這裏強烈建議提供4個枕頭，人均1個枕頭沒法靠着看電視，還有毛巾和浴巾準備不夠，這次2個人住2天衹有2條毛巾，實在是太將就了一點😓。再就是燒水壺可以更換個好一點的，或者應該提供大桶礦泉水，附近也沒商店，大晚上的超市也關門了，沒水喝。

空間還可以，但是衞生狀況不佳，特別是冰箱還發臭的。性價比一般，沒有任何服務，訂好老闆發給你個密碼鎖的密碼，安全狀況堪憂啊。

關於房間設施：房間比較大，兩個人住很寬敞。設施有一些舊了，比如中央空調，面板貌似有一些接觸不良，淋浴很棒，床有些硬。
關於服務：沒有看到過服務人員，直接短訊給了房間密碼，自行入住，也挺方便的。因為是酒店式公寓，並不是每天都有人打掃，但是如果有需要，給店家打電話也會派人來打掃，而且收拾的很乾凈，滿意的。
關於環境：房子在金茂悦小區裏，小區人車分流，保安24小時嚴格管理進出小區的車輛，很安全。感覺小區入住率不高，很安靜。
總體來説，性價比挺高的，推薦入住。
