This is the second time to stay in Vienna. It serves nice breakfast. It is located at a place where everything is available in the island.

Dated hotel in a decrepit area. Far too expensive for what you got. Breakfast was poor. Very little merit overall. Loud, irritating announcements played from megaphones until late at night from local business. Room smelt damp and bed was damp.

I came to Changxing Island on a business trip. The Vienna Hotel I booked was easy to find. It was next to the government. The front desk also provided breakfast. It was very considerate service and it was convenient to eat around.
