Facilities: The room facilities are not good, the sewer in the bathroom is blocked, the water in the shower room is full after one minute of showering and I can't continue to shower. Also, there is no purified water in the hotel. When you ask for it, they say it is out of stock. How is this managed? After further questioning, the front desk finally took it out from their room and gave it to us. This shows the quality of this hotel.
The original order was for two single beds, which had been placed and confirmed. Before I arrived at the store, Ctrip customer service called and said that due to the hotel's mistake, the room was no longer available. They could help change hotels or upgrade the room in the original hotel to a business room. I said yes. But when I arrived at the hotel, the room they gave me was a king-size bed room with only one quilt. I looked everywhere but couldn't find a clean quilt cover. We had to make do with one quilt for the night.
