一進酒店就被它現代又温馨的設計風格吸引了。大堂布局合理，很有設計感，前廳倒台和咖啡區，辦理入住效率很高，前台sunny工作人員笑容甜美，服務專業，服務意識真的很好，任何需求響應都非常迅速，讓人有賓至如歸的感覺。酒店的早餐種類豐富，中西結合，既有本地的特色小吃，也有西式的麪包沙拉，味道都很不錯。酒店還融入了很多智能元素，比如房間內的智能客控系統，用面板或者手機就能輕鬆調節燈光、空調和窗簾，非常方便。

酒店地理位置特別好，就在外灘，坐輪渡就在酒店對面，外灘打卡特別方便。早餐品種也比較豐富，小朋友吃得開開心心。最值得稱讚的是前台小爍和一個前台小哥哥的服務，工作人員熱情周到，辦理入住迅速，還貼心介紹了酒店的各項設施。這次入住體驗非常棒！酒店環境整潔舒適，房間佈置得温馨雅緻，設施都很新且好用。地理位置優越，交通便利。下次來這個城市，一定會再次選擇這裏！

這次出行選擇的酒店，前台小普服務真的給了我超大驚喜！從下車走進大堂開始，就感受到了工作人員的熱情，主動上前幫忙提行李，引導到前台辦理入住。整個流程高效又順暢，完全沒有繁瑣的等待，工作人員核對訊息時耐心細緻，還主動詢問是否需要靠窗房型、是否有特殊需求，溝通起來特別舒服。辦理完入住後，詳細介紹了酒店的早餐時間、電梯位置、健身房和洗衣房的使用規則，甚至貼心分享了周邊的熱門美食、打卡景點和公共交通路線，連避開人流的小技巧都一併告知，簡直太實用了！入住期間有一次臨時需要額外的洗漱用品，打電話給前台後，幾分鐘就送到了房間，響應速度超快。退房時也同樣高效，工作人員還主動詢問入住體驗，有沒有需要改進的地方，態度始終保持微笑，專業又暖心。這樣貼心周到的前台服務，讓整個旅途都變得格外舒心，必須給滿分好評，下次來還會優先選擇這家！

服務：必須單獨誇一誇前台“一諾”！從“歡迎光臨”到“入住送到房間”，全程體驗如沐春風。主動、細心、有耐心，真正做到了把客人當家人。這種以人為本的服務理念，在很多五星酒店都很少見了。
設施：新開業就是香！一切設施都是嶄新的，智能控制，乾淨衞生，設計簡約高級。
