Newly opened, the rooms are spacious and clean, with no odors. It's conveniently located right outside Exit 7 of Yuyuan Station on Line 14. You can even see the Oriental Pearl Tower from the window. The suites are all very comfortable. It's also not far from the Bund.

The newly opened Holiday Inn Express has a very good location. Yu Garden is right outside the window and it is also very close to the Bund. The hotel has a great sense of design and the service staff are polite and enthusiastic. The breakfast is my favorite and is better than the breakfasts at many Holiday Inn Express hotels.

The hotel facilities are very outdated. It cost over 800 per night, and check-in took 20 minutes. I made a reservation a week in advance, but when I arrived, there was no room available. I had to wait for a room. Secondly, the pillows were very soft. I asked for a firm pillow at the front desk, but they didn't have any. They said the bed had one soft and one firm, but they actually gave me two soft ones. I had to wait 15 minutes for a firm one, and no one came to deliver it. I can only say that this hotel was terrible to stay in.
