Hanting Shanghai Bund World Metro Station Hotel

The soundproofing is extremely poor. I could hear conversations in the rooms next to me. Around 10 PM, I heard the voices of two children. At midnight, I heard two men in another room chatting until 1 AM. There's an exhaust vent in the stairwell that constantly emits a loud humming sound. Every 10 minutes or so in the morning, there's a low rumble and vibration, like a subway passing below. It's impossible to rest. This is a newly opened hotel, and the renovations are so overpowering that it's almost overwhelming. The room is incredibly small, with small windows, light-leaking curtains, and a weak showerhead. Showering is a struggle. There's an outlet on one side of the bed, but not on the other, making it impossible to charge my phone. We checked into the room at 3 PM. After strolling around the Bund that evening, we were exhausted. When we returned to our room, we couldn't open the door; they said it was demagnetized and we had to go to the front desk to swipe our card. For the price, the quality of the Intercity Hotel is worse than that of the Hi Inn. I've stayed at Huazhu for over 20 days this year, and this one was my worst experience. For 600 yuan for this place, you might as well add a hundred or so and try the nearby Atour.

Cleanliness: Quite clean, and the toilet didn't have any odor. Amenities: The TV can cast screens. Environment: The hotel is large, and the elevators use a card, which is very safe. The room also comes with four bottles of water, which is a nice touch. The soundproofing is also quite good. If there are three of us, you can't share beds. The subway is very convenient, with the subway station across the street. The Great World Station serves Lines 8 and 14, making it convenient for getting around. I just forgot to take photos of the hotel.
