The owner was so enthusiastic and told us about the itinerary. We were really touched. We were visiting Nanjing and Jiangsu and wanted to spend a day here. We didn't want to spend too much money on a hotel, so we saw this place when we opened **. We decided to give it a try and see if it was clean. We were stunned upon entering. For just over 70 yuan, it was almost as clean as the Grand Hyatt Shanghai. And this was in Shanghai! We were truly amazed! Some rooms offer views of the Ferris wheel and the river. Most importantly, it was incredibly clean. The beds and bedding were all brand new! What's especially special is that this hotel was just approved and launched at around 3:00 this afternoon, and we were the first ones to book in. We were so lucky! We were so happy to spend so little money on such a great room! The owner was also very nice. I hope he gets rich! I'm not trying to trick you. I'm really saying you'll never get two hot meals in your lifetime. [Happy])

This was my worst experience in Shanghai. The cleanliness was worse than the budget hotels in town. I won't stay in a B&B again. I happily brought my family to Shanghai, but we were so disappointed on our first night at a hotel. The door was broken, so where's the safety? The sofa was just for show? I couldn't even sit on it! Was the hair in the sink just for decoration? How could they not see the carpet was so obviously dirty? The stains on the sheets were unbearable. I left my makeup bag on the windowsill and found dust underneath. The refrigerator and air conditioner were so noisy that I couldn't sleep. I have no idea what the yellow stain on the toilet was...
I usually rarely write reviews for hotels, but this time I couldn't help myself. The cleanliness and facilities were so poorly worth the 900+ yuan price! I suggest the owner make the room a bit more presentable before renting.

Unexpectedly good! Two large beds, the quilts are clean and soft, the living room is tidy, the floor-to-ceiling windows show the three-piece suite, and it is pet-friendly. Even the apartment hallways have a hotel feel.
