LEGOLAND® Hotel

Our stay was absolutely incredible. Every single staff member — without exception — was wonderful, attentive, and genuinely kind. They helped us with absolutely everything. The hotel itself is amazing, the room was wonderful, and you truly feel immersed in the Lego world. To top it off, it’s literally right next to the park.

Lots of activities for kids and plenty of comfortable places for adults to lounge in. Getting there an checking in was easy The breakfast was really nice Had a little cake for our son’s birthday!

We had a great time there. We highly recommend any family with children. The staff were very friendly and attentive especially Green and Susan who took great care of us, really made us feel welcome and made our trip pleasant and memorable. Our 4 years old son won’t stop talking about his experience there. We will definitely revisit when we have a chance!

Great theming on the room with so many details all over the place. The food at the buffet is excellent and the selection is enormous. Very easy access to the legoland park from the hotel.

30 mins early entry for hotel guests. Indoor Playground on ground floor has a “minimum height 95cm” restriction but staff turn a blind eye to it - we didn’t know this rule wasn’t strict until 5 mins before leaving the hotel! Frustrating - change the signage to inform guests properly! They were also testing the sound system on the nights we stayed and it was soooo noisy. No information was provided to warn us the pool would be closed for the rest of the year after 8 October. Some more information should be communicated to guests BEFORE they book the trip!!!!! English is not really spoken - staff freak out, someone on the phone said oh I don’t speak English you need to wait for my colleague to call you back I can’t help you and hung up. Staff also let lots of rude locals push in front of us for queues to take photos etc. it’s basically a free for all!
