Four Points by Sheraton Shanghai International Tourism and Resorts Zone

The hotel service was outstanding! The most welcoming and patient I've ever stayed at a hotel. When I called to inquire, Chenchen, the beautiful host, worried I wasn't from Shanghai, even added me on WeChat so I could get directions. They even upgraded our room to a family room with cartoon characters. We were returning to the hotel in the pouring rain, and the handsome guy at the door, holding an umbrella, escorted us one by one to the car. Thank you so much! Room: Clean, spacious, and comfortable. There are high and low-profile pillows, separate wet and dry areas, a smart TV with screen projection, automatic curtains, good light blocking, and a quiet room. The family room is cozy and inviting. Drinking water is always available, as is the refrigerator, which also keeps cold drinks replenished. For families with children, a playpen is provided, giving parents peace of mind while sleeping. The toilet seat and toiletries are very complete, including a child's toothbrush and toothpaste. Breakfast: Over 10 cold dishes and 5-6 kinds of fruit. The small nectarines are delicious, crisp and sweet. Bread, pastries, yogurt, pre-cooked noodles, rice noodles, 3-4 stir-fries, fried eggs, ham, French fries, onion rings, whole grains like purple sweet potatoes, corn, and yams. The variety is good and the taste is good. Coffee! Freshly ground coffee in an automatic grinder. Thick disposable cups are provided for guests' convenience! So thoughtful! Getting Around: The hotel offers free shuttles to and from the airport, Disneyland, the Bund, the zoo, Haichang, the urban rail system, the Chuansha subway, and more. Dining: The area downstairs is bustling with options, including Starbucks, Luckin Coffee, lemon tea, milk tea, Mixue, McDonald's, KFC, Chinese restaurants, barbecue, and hot pot. There are also several convenience stores, a movie theater, and pedicures. Ordering takeout is also very convenient. Check-in includes a free Disney headband; those who prefer more casual travel don't need to purchase one. The hotel also offers strollers, large enough to fit the Disneyland experience, and a surprise upon check-out. I highly recommend staying here with friends. It's a home away from home.

During my stay, every front desk lady and guy were incredibly kind. They helped with water, shuttle bookings, and answering questions, all very attentive and thoughtful. The front desk lady, Lily (whose WeChat name is Chenchen), proactively added me on WeChat to help me solve a problem. Another front desk lady, who forgot to bring her phone downstairs, even printed out a QR code for the Disney shuttle so I could easily join the group chat. Every front desk lady and guy proactively helped with water and other issues. I didn't write down their names on the name tags because I didn't notice them, but I'm so grateful to every front desk staff member these past few days!!! The boss is giving their employees bonuses and raises!! The hotel room was very comfortable, the breakfast was excellent, and the shuttle to Disneyland and the subway station was very convenient and efficient, saving travel time and money. Overall, it was excellent!
