The professionalism of the front desk staff was very poor. They gave me the smallest lousy room without a bathtub. The pictures and texts were seriously inconsistent. They also lied that they upgraded me to a superior king-size bed room. When I entered, I saw that the furnishings were exactly the same as the room I booked except for the lack of a bathtub.
