It was a superb experience staying in this hotel as it was a walkable distance to the Bund.
Clean, spacious, a smart and modernise room that coincides with the outlook of the city.
The 豫园 which was one of the tourist attraction is locate just downstairs of the hotel.
10~15mins walk to the 大世界 where all the malls are located. 5mins walk from 豫园 subway station.

The advertisement/photo is a bit misleading, the hotel is not at the corner.
The room we booked is very small for 3 person, therefore we asked for room upgrade to family room with additional charges. It’s nice, new, spacious and clean. It’s pleasant to stay here for 3 nights. The reception is also very nice, help us to post and return clothes with free charges.
All is good, the only improvement, maybe is to keep privacy when the cleaner cleans the room. The room was wide open when cleaning in progress, other people can roam and see through inside with our luggage open up. We knew that when one of our friend went back to hotel for rest while the cleaner is cleaning our room.

Very nice location. Comfortable and clean. But if toilet paper are runnig out you must tell reception. If you don’t have a toothbrush, you must tell reception. It’s so stressful.
