A really positive hotel stay. Reception staff were excellent and really helpful. The bus service was on time for pickup and drop-off to the airport and was booked by hotel staff. The rooms were generous, spotlessly clean and really comfortable. I didn’t have breakfast but availed of the coffee bar do a top up before departure. There is a convenience store right beside the hotel for snacks and it’s also easy to get a DiDi if you want a meal nearby. Overall very impressed.

The hotel is a bit far from Pudong Airport, but the shuttle service is excellent, making up for any shortcomings in the hardware with great software (service). The front desk staff were very friendly and explained everything in detail. They thoughtfully assigned us a quiet garden-view room. We didn't get to try the breakfast service as we had an early flight, but they still gave us extra breakfast vouchers for the kids. The room layout was standard but had a pleasant and thoughtful color scheme.

Pretty good. They have a shuttle service to and from Pudong Airport, which is very convenient. Both the driver and the front desk lady were really nice and let me check in early. The room was clean, and breakfast offered both Chinese and Western options. If you have an early flight and miss breakfast, they provide breakfast bags. It's a great choice for a layover in Pudong.
