一塌糊塗，臟的要死，床上全是爬來爬去的蟲子，好幾衹，主要找客服沒有人搭理，已讀不回，這這麼睡嘛，都是小蟑螂.太恐怖*了，一晚上不敢躺上去！

設施及差，服務從進店到離店就沒見過一個人，前台也沒有，衞生就不用在説了，你能想像，價格死貴，空間就像狗窩一樣。

房間非常差，到了地方找不到，找房間還差點被狗咬，沒有前台，環境很差，服務很不到位，衞生間不排水，洗澡就是站在水裡洗。全行業可能是最差的了。
