Perfect location, top notch quality and friendly service. The hotel is literally integrated to the airport of SHA, which is also next to the metro line 2, so you can be in 20 mins in the city center. The breakfast has a lot of variety and all the rooms have great views towards the international airport. The room is amazing, has a divine decoration and everything is so clean and comfortable that the only things you would like to do in Shanghai is to enjoy this stay as much as possible. 110% recommended!

畢竟是新開酒店，在設施方面完美。房間裏都是雙層玻璃，機場裏的噪音幾乎聽不見。房間裏小冰箱裏的飲料免費，飲用水有水龍頭接水，水壺加熱，非常方便。晚上還送上了銀耳羹，貼心。（圖2，用的容器非常有型）辦理入住在12樓，風景好，前台服務非常貼心。酒店3層和虹橋機場2號客運大樓是相通的，如果是坐飛機，非常便利。如果喜歡飛機，機場景觀是無敵的。（圖3和圖4）一些個人體驗細節：床比較硬，我OK。偏向床軟的，要有心理準備。房間內手機信號有點弱，可能還需要酒店調試解決，但Wi-Fi網速很好。

Room is good , service is fine, hotel entrance, lobby is a bit confusing, restaurant service and food is great, taxi or uber service takes more time as a 5 stars hotel, good access in and out to airport

這次去上海出差，選了虹橋香格里拉酒店，入住體驗完全超出預期，尤其是地理位置和豪華閣酒廊的服務，必須好好誇一誇！更讓我驚喜的是豪華閣酒廊的服務，工作人員的熱情和貼心，真的讓人有種 “被重視” 的感覺。辦理入住時，酒廊的小姐姐會主動迎上來，耐心跟我講清楚酒廊的權益，比如早餐、下午茶、晚間歡樂時光的時間，尤其是豪華閣的Crystal、Jojo還有禮賓部的Dave，非常耐心的為我指引，告訴我打車的位置以及回程的下車點。這次入住，虹橋香格里拉酒店用超優越的地理位置解決了我的出行煩惱，豪華閣酒廊工作人員的熱情服務温暖了我的出差時光，下次去上海虹橋周邊，肯定還會選這裏！
