We stayed at Licheng Garden Hotel during a Disneyland trip with our child, and it turned out to be one of the most disturbing and disappointing hotel experiences we’ve ever had.
From the beginning, the phone in our room was broken, meaning we couldn’t receive deliveries via the hotel robot. We had to go downstairs at midnight with our child just to pick up food. We reported the issue to the front desk, but no one came to fix it until the next day at noon, after we returned from Disneyland. I clearly told the staff we needed rest, and they should only enter the room when we went out again in the afternoon.
However, the engineer entered our room during our rest time without permission, attempted a repair, and left without resolving the issue. What’s worse — and completely unacceptable — is that after I had just finished showering and was only wearing a thin pajama dress with no underwear underneath, the engineer suddenly entered the room again, without knocking or warning. I was completely shocked and felt extremely violated. A five-star hotel that cannot protect guest privacy has no right to call itself five-star.
Later that evening, our food delivery arrived, and again, due to the phone issue, it couldn’t be sent to our room via robot. I had already informed the front desk earlier to help, but we overheard the delivery man on the phone being told by the hotel staff that “they didn’t know and couldn’t help.” Although the food was eventually brought to us, the lack of responsibility and coordination was deeply frustrating.
The hotel management is disconnected, departments don’t communicate, and staff show no regard for guest privacy or comfort. This was a terrible experience, and we will never return — nor would we recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a safe and professional stay.

房间电话从入住起就无法使用,导致外卖无法送入房间,凌晨时我们只能亲自下楼去拿。我们第一时间告知前台,但直到第二天中午从迪士尼回来我去前台咨询才有人问“现在可以维修吗?”我明确表示我们正在休息,请下午我们外出后再进入房间维修。但他们不顾我们的要求,午休期间强行进入房间维修,且一次未修好就离开。
最令人愤怒的,是我洗完澡刚出来时,维修人员竟再次擅自进入房间,而此时我仅穿着薄睡衣,里面并没有穿内衣。这种情况下突如其来的进入,让我感到极大的惊吓和羞辱。五星级酒店居然连最基本的客人隐私和安全都无法保障,简直不可原谅。
当晚外卖送达时,由于电话仍无法使用,我已提前拜托前台协助送达。但从外卖员电话中我们听到的,却是“前台说没有送餐服务、不清楚、不处理”。虽然最后有人把外卖送到了房间,但整个过程中的推诿、不配合与管理混乱,已让人心寒。
整体来看,酒店部门之间沟通完全断裂,对客人反馈迟钝,毫无责任感。这是我住过最差的“五星”酒店,没有之一
