The room I was given had a different layout than on the picture and was a bit congested. Although it tried to incorporate a lot of technology into the space yet the lack of space took away from that experience. The room was nicely maintained by the staff but initially there were some loose hair on the flooring.
In terms of location it’s in a very clean and good space. And is not too far from the main attractions. Yet its distance from the metro is a downside as it takes at least 15-20 mins to the nearest metro by foot.
Generally in this price range it’s a good option, not the best and far from the worst. I would give it a 7.5/10

Everything was good. I was familiar with the hotel. That’s why I came back. I picked the wrong with no window. The hot water didn’t last long. Bed was comfy.

The hotel receptionist took 3 hours to check in for us. The check-in time is 2pm but I only received my room at 5pm after so many time asking them. No explanation.

The hotel is a bit far from any metro station, but the location is quite close to Nanjing road and all the major attractions of Shanghai. The room was a bit too small, but for a short stay during travels for a couple is totally enough. Bathroom with smart toilet was cool and wifi worked well as well. One more minus is no international compatible plug, out of 4 hotels in China it was the first one with only chinese plug. The bed was comfortable the room had everything we needed.
