Great service served by Cheng Shi (Receptionist). She is very friendly and helpful whenever me or my family need any assistance 👍🏼 Hotel was clean and breakfast was delicious 😋 Recommend this hotel and will come back again on next time!

Overall, I would keep a thumb up for the service, room cleanliness and location, which is close to Metro.
However, there is one thing the hotel need to improve is the cigarettes smell, not only along the corridor but also in the rooms. The smell was too strong that it really make me feel very uncomfortable.
Again, I think it is a still a nice hotel.

Only disappointment was to find out that the smart toilets advertised are not really smart toilets, they just flush water automatically without any bidet function 🤷🏻♂️
