The hotel staff are all wonderful! Even before I entered the door, a concierge helped me with my luggage. And because it was my birthday, the butler specially decorated the room! How can there be such thoughtful and lovely girls! The breakfast was also delicious! I got to try some Shanghai specialties! The fruit was big, sweet, and juicy! You can also order takeout to the hotel, and a robot will deliver it to your room. The housekeeping auntie was also great. This hotel is absolutely amazing!!!

We got a room upgrade to a river-view room, which was beautiful. I wanted to catch the sunrise but couldn't wake up in time. My child had a blast in the bathtub, and the breakfast spread was fantastic. It was also my child's first time seeing a cruise ship! The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Plus, having charging ports in the garage was very convenient.

This hotel is located right outside Wusongkou International Cruise Terminal, practically at the edge of the world! Parking is convenient, and it's right next to the shuttle point, making it super handy for overnight stays before or after your cruise. The environment is pleasant, and the rooms are spacious. They even upgraded me to a river view room for free, which offered a fantastic 180-degree port view!

Booked this hotel for a cruise the next day. It was a connecting room, which was great for traveling with elderly parents and kids. The hotel environment is lovely, the beds are comfortable, and they even thoughtfully provided a crib for the little one. Parking is very convenient, and there's a shuttle bus to the pier. Terry provided excellent service! Definitely our top choice for a pre-cruise hotel.

First time visiting this year, though I went three times last year! Even though it's close to my hometown, it's still great to bring the kids for an overnight stay on the weekend. We get to experience the magnificent Yangtze River estuary and enjoy the pool. The hotel environment is excellent, very clean, and the service is good too!

Five-star rating across the board! The location is excellent, right by the Yangtze River. The river view room offers fantastic views. The hotel rooms, lobby, and parking lot are all clean and tidy. The hotel service was great; they proactively reminded me about quiet hours and even contacted me to return an item I'd left behind.

This is my second time staying at this hotel. I stayed here when it first opened and really loved the decor. The front desk manager was very welcoming and kindly upgraded my room. The hotel is right next to the Wusong International Cruise Terminal, which is a great spot to watch the sunrise. The breakfast buffet is extensive, and the food quality meets five-star hotel standards.

I stayed here again due to the college entrance exams, specifically requesting connecting rooms. The rooms were clean, and the service was warm and attentive. Stephanie and Karry at the front desk provided excellent service, and the head waiter in the restaurant was also very good and attentive. Highly commendable!

I specifically chose a sea-view room, and the experience was absolutely fantastic! The floor-to-ceiling windows offered a direct view of the ocean, allowing me to watch the sunrise in the morning and enjoy the refreshing sea breeze in the evening. The front desk and housekeeping staff were all very friendly and responsive, providing excellent and comforting service. The room was clean and tidy, with an unobstructed view, and the location was convenient for getting around. Overall, I was very satisfied.
