我們一幫人想住一層樓，拍的時候分開下單的，提前聯繫店裡就都幫我們安排好了，還幫我們升級了房型迪士尼度假區來回接送:班車還是挺好的都是根據人數安排的衹要時間趕得上都能坐上晚上回來的時候還有準備飲料和點心服務：酒店服務也很好還有送飲料和小點心離店的時候還有小禮物，小朋友要記得去要禮物哦。衞生：衞生環境整體上還不錯，沒有什麼問題。床也很大很舒服

這次入住三晚的體驗雖然有一點小遺憾，但是整體入住還是很滿意的，首先工作人員服務態度很好，會帶我們挑選房間，早餐很豐富，房間衞生很乾凈，和前台反饋的意見都在跟進處理，酒店距離迪士尼很近，班車接送很方便，班車上還有工作人員會提醒園內的遊玩情況，很貼心，酒店送機的車子也很準時，司機師傅服務也很好，下次過來入住還會選擇

首先房間很大房間佈置和設施陳列都很合理熱水器很靈敏這個很重要淋浴間包括衞生間乾濕分離且無任何銹跡水垢馬桶智能恆温我喜歡寬敞明亮的空間前台特意留了朝陽房每個工作人員態度都很不錯酒店滿房狀態下也無任何情緒班味兒都不重這很好迪士尼回來上班車還提供小餅乾和飲用水工作人員看到你都會打招呼包括阿姨哦～我訂酒店很在意早餐沒讓我失望中式有現做的麪條米粉餛燉各種小炒菜和主食蒸煮類豆沙包真的很好吃燒賣超大一個西式經典烤麪包配黃油或藍莓醬咖啡熱牛奶豆漿等等等一點不糊弄食品新鮮度感覺的到用心這裏再着重誇一下工作人員早餐期間很忙碌哪盤空了立即響應燒麪阿姨累的滿頭大汗態度也很親和任何個人口味要求都滿足真的辛苦了如有下次必選這家

挺好的，去迪士尼很方便，早餐也很豐富，房間比較乾淨，服務態度很好，設施很新。因為小盆友的原因還給我們升了房，幫忙拿行李，每個員工説話都是温温柔柔的。住出了5星的服務體驗。下次來還會選擇做這裏。

之前去西安訂的雲和夜泊體驗很好，所以這次去迪士尼，附近有雲和夜泊也訂了，一進去就有人招呼幫忙拿行李倒水什麼的，特別熱情周到，主動問你是否去迪士尼，幫你安排班車的登記加羣。辦完入住手續還帶你去房間，五星級都沒有的服務。雖然早餐沒有西安那邊的豐盛，但是這邊每一種都很好吃，不像有的酒店看着選擇很多但是沒有一樣好吃的。早上最早的班車6:20準時發車，來不及吃早餐可以打包路上吃。羣裏還有管家可以選，可以找他們租推車，對那種臨時沒準備的家庭很友好。晚上班車回來還有温暖的薑茶，瓶裝水和小零食準備着，太貼心了，11月份喝這個暖暖的茶水身體一下子好舒服。酒店挺新的很乾凈，在一個度假區裏面，一共有五六家酒店一起吧，下面還有小花園一樣的，有魚池和便利店。退房還送孩子小禮物，孩子很開心。唯一美中不足的是我們這個房間的廁所玻璃是透明的，對雙床房來説有點不理解這種設計，酒店説後面會加貼膜，還沒來得及，不介意的可以訂，介意的話還是訂其他房型或者事前先問一下。

服務：行李箱，雙肩包，都會幫忙拿，上海野生動物園地鐵接送，迪士尼度假區來回接送，服務太好了！早餐品種也豐富，還可以打包環境：平時出差一般住亞朵這種類型的，也覺得這裏設計裝修用心高大上，一開始訂的時候並沒有想到這麼好設施：床，軟硬可以提前告知酒店，雙床很大枕頭，有蕎麥枕頭可選房間大小，我們三人房，房間非常大，很舒適全身鏡，有化粧鏡，竟然也有，頭一回見可以拿到外面桌子用的總的來説，去迪士尼玩非常推薦住的酒店

入住體驗非常好，工作人員都很熱情、有求必應。去迪士尼有班車很方便，早上早餐也非常豐富，如果來不及還可以拿打包袋，晚上從迪士尼回來也有班車還有小零食，非常人性化，房間空間也很大，周圍環境很舒適，總的來説推薦大家住！
