Elevator was under maintenance so the staff ask us to leave the luggage at lobby. They refused to help us carry up. At last they gave us rooms at 2nd floor, still we have to carry the luggage up. The toilet was dirty, did not mop the floor, rubbish on the floor, window was dirty. Toilets at the ground floor also under maintenence, as if nobody stay here for quite sometime.
