[Hardware] The hotel opened last year, and the whole is very new; the carpet, guest room bedding and bathroom are very clean. [Service] 💯 I just landed at Pudong Airport at 10:30 in the morning and received a call from the hotel saying that the room has been reserved and you can check in at any time. 👍 It is very rare to think about the guests. After checking in, the big sister from the front desk to the cleaning staff was very enthusiastic ❤️ It's a pity that I couldn't remember the name tags of the staff and couldn't "call out" them one by one. Special thanks to all the staff who checked in on the 24th and left on the 25th. As an old mother who travels for business and family trips all year round and has a mysophobia, this is the first time I didn't choose a traditional old five-star hotel. This time I chose Yuyuan Jingyuan Luxiangyuan, which completely exceeded my expectations. 😊 Everyone can choose with confidence! No bad reviews! I will stay here next time I come to Shanghai~

The hotel decoration design was very retro and novel, and the facilities were also very complete. I especially recommend the open room, which is very spacious. I chose the 3rd floor. There is an ancient glass door that can be pushed open, and the color light is particularly good. Although the small arcade is small, it has outdoor flower pots decoration, which is very cute and unique. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to Xintiandi and 10 minutes to Yu Garden. It is highly recommended for leisure or business travelers who like nostalgic style. The only thing to note is that there is a construction site opposite during the day so be aware of the noise if you stay during this time. But overall it is a very good boutique hotel. I have to give a thumbs up to the front desk staff, who are very polite and attentive.

Hidden away in the city, quiet in the bustle, convenient transportation, close to Yu Garden and the Bund. Friendly service, comfortable bedding, good hardness, comfortable sleep, small restaurant, but very exquisite, breakfast was served to the seat after ordering. It was my first time staying at Luxiangyuan Hotel. The location of the hotel is great, and it feels like a hidden gem in the city. The service staff is very enthusiastic and makes people feel at home. They also upgraded our room type. The room is large and the bed is very comfortable. I will come again in the future.
