It's okay that I can't watch TV, but there was a power outage and it was only in our room! But they quickly changed our room.

The window said it had a view of the city, but there were almost no windows. The bathroom smelled of cigarettes. The door didn't lock. No one spoke English. There were no shops nearby to buy things.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The staff was incredibly friendly, professional, and always willing to assist with any request. The check-in and check-out processes were smooth and efficient.
The room was spacious, spotless, and well-equipped with modern amenities. The bed was extremely comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. I also appreciated the attention to detail, such as the complimentary refreshments and high-quality toiletries.
The hotel’s facilities were outstanding – the swimming pool was clean and inviting, the fitness center was well-maintained, and the spa services were truly relaxing. The on-site restaurant offered a diverse menu with delicious, well-prepared dishes.
The location was perfect, providing easy access to popular attractions and transportation. Despite being in a central area, the atmosphere inside the hotel was peaceful and quiet.
Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a luxurious and comfortable stay. I will definitely return on my next visit. Absolutely deserving of a full 5-star rating!

Great Stay at Homeinn Shanghai
