那天去看朋友 想住的近一點 選擇了這家 一間房間六張床 有常住的阿姨 大家都做自己的事 不會很吵鬧 環境還可以 但是我可能運氣不太好 早上被蟲子吵醒了 我以為是什麼小蟲子在我腿上爬 癢癢的 猜猜是什麼 噹噹～小蟑螂 驚擾到我的好夢了 哈哈哈 不過還好我不是很怕這些蟲子 換個女孩子就要尖叫了

在一個老小區的二樓，幾乎沒有客廳，房間裏非常狹小，比較擁擠，床單被罩不太乾淨！

還可以，條件不算很差，房東挺平易近人，也會偶爾做飯，青旅基本都不是本地人開的，但是有這樣的商業生態，上海才能不斷推進。室友都很好，非常關心人，而且門鎖有兩道，安全問題可以保障，雖然男女房間離得很近，但是並不影響生活，在這種舒適的小空間，和舍友談心什麼的會感覺很温暖，住青旅其實就是有這樣的好處，不是青旅都條件不好，也不是選擇青旅的人都是經濟的原因，因為更貴的青旅也有，條件非常好的青旅也有。選這裏之前要和房東聯繫好，不然找不到位置。分享一下住青旅以來的行跡。

環境一般，主要是室內空間小異味非常大，房間小人多不通風，很不方便，晚上睡覺根本不用睡覺了，全是呼嚕聲比卡車吶叭還要響，謹慎考慮

不是常規的青旅，居民樓改裝。位置不好找，搬行李上一樓。
房東和我們一起住。
一個房間是男生宿舍，一個房間是女生宿舍。
相距非常近。
衞生間衹有一個，是共用的。洗衣機也是。
房東在意衞生，噪音。
我晚上回來洗衣服，將肥皂水弄在灶台上一點，房東要求我擦乾淨。且後來不允許我再用洗衣機，因為太晚了，怕噪音，那時大概11點多。
在這裏租，類似於房東和租客關係
女生宿舍面積較小，上鋪不太方便上。
好處是衞生好，做飯，洗衣，洗澡設施都有，且出水量大。小區環境不錯。交通便利。
壞處是不正規的青旅，沒前台，沒房卡，面積小，不方便放東西，沒有什麼服務。上上鋪時不方便，床會傾斜。且男女生宿舍離得近。衞生間衹有一間且共用，但是舍友還行。
衹能考慮長租，不適合短居。

中秋節價格非常合適，還離宛平很近!!
不錯不錯，喜歡喜歡。
作為一個來宛平看劇之後睡覺的地方是非常合格了
附近還有飯店和便利店，離龍華寺和地鐵站也很近
個人認為地理位置是相當不錯的了
