衞生：一般，可以説是很差，前一個旅客馬桶裏的紙都沒有沖走，捲紙也沒有換新，把人家用了一半的就那樣留在那裡，很難想象這是如家的品質。但是打掃阿姨態度挺好的，就是做事亂七八糟。 環境：電梯2樓出去不知道是什麼東西，像是個桌球廳，一堆人在那打桌球，衹有三樓四樓是酒店，但是上樓連刷卡都不用，直接坐電梯上去就行了，安全隱患嚴重。 設施：洗衣機不是傳統的如家洗衣機，是自己買的那種感覺洗烘一體機，不過倒是格力的，就是很難用。 新酒店硬件還是可以的，但是衣架已經壞了，釘子都露出來了，也完全沒有人管理一下，留下了明顯的安全隱患。 服務：服務態度還是很好的，就是做事亂七八糟，甚至根本不做事。門口前台疑似經常性失蹤，想辦入住結果進去之後發現人消失了，同樣的問題別人好像也提出過。衞生也不怎麼打掃，但打掃阿姨態度很好很熱情，就是不打掃。 主要就是安全隱患太多了，電梯不刷卡就能上，甚至二樓還不是酒店的房間。房門鎖門沒有鐵鏈，前台會失蹤，衣架釘子都露出來了也沒有人處理。 態度還是很好的，能把事情做好就更好了。
