This hotel was very clean and located near plenty of amenities in the city. It was my first time staying and I actually booked my room for the second night. The staff was very pleasant and I will certainly stay here again.

Hotel location is convenient. Near the metro station and the main shopping district. Hotel is clean. Front desk staffs are super friendly and helpful. Would love to visit again

Highly recommend for your Shanghai stay! Location is very centralised and they gave me a free upgrade despite booking a room without window. Staff were friendly and helpful too! You won't regret staying here. :)

Super convenient location, 2 mins walk to the metro entrance. Staff are friendly and offered to upgrade our room with windows. Shower room was neat too.

Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful with checking in when there was some technical errors. Staff also allowed us to check out late to accommodate our 6pm flight which was super helpful.
Room was clean and nice with provided amenities. Location was great and overall a really nice stay near most popular hot spots. I would book it again!

Location is perfect which is in the city centre. The average mark over 9 is overrated. I found a big cockroach in the bathroom in the first night. I report the matter to the front desk and I was told they would clean the bath room thoroughly. Will not consider to stay in this hotel next time.
