The location and cleanliness are excellent (5/5). However, there are several areas that could be improved. The projector in my room was very blurry, to the point where it was difficult to read subtitles. We contacted reception for assistance, but unfortunately there was nothing they could do, so we had to leave it as it was. On top of that, since about 90% of the movies required VIP membership, the viewing options were very limited, which made our time in the room rather boring. The showerhead in the bathroom was also inconvenient — it couldn’t be fixed in the middle position, so it was either facing the wall or the door. In addition, there were only 3 washing machines and 3 dryers available for hotel guests, which is not really sufficient. Overall, we were satisfied with the hotel, but considering the price paid, I might choose other options such as Elong for future trips.

Overall a great experience I would come back to this hotel. Every staff I encountered were kind, friendly and very willing to help. The location of the hotel is great just a short walk to the metro. The room is clean and does not have any smoke smell The sound proofing is decent and I could not hear the cars below.

Location was definitely great! A short walk and you will reach the Nanjing Road shopping street and is also within walking distance to the shopping malls. The Bund is also within walking distance from the shopping street. Hotel room was really clean, comfortable and basic bottled water is provided each day. The only issue we were disappointed with was the wi-fi which didn’t work and TV connection was unstable. Other than that, we have no complains. Will definitely want to book this hotel if we ever visit Shanghai! 😊

We had a wonderful stay at Treasury Hotel on Hankou Street. The location is perfect – just a short walk to Nanjing Road Pedestrian Street and very convenient for exploring the Bund and the heart of Shanghai. The hotel feels modern and stylish, with a nice balance of comfort and elegance. Our room was clean, well-designed, and very quiet despite being in such a central area. The bed was comfortable, and all the amenities we needed were provided. Housekeeping did a great job keeping everything spotless during our stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to answer questions and give recommendations. Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient. We especially appreciated the warm hospitality, which made the experience even better.

We stayed here for 4 nights and had a very positive experience overall. The hotel's biggest advantage is its perfect location. It's within easy walking distance to the famous Nanjing Pedestrian Road, surrounded by tons of eateries and shopping malls. I also felt especially safe as there is a police station nearby. The staff are truly outstanding - they are super friendly and go the extra mile to help guests. I also love their parcel handling service. Unlike many hotels where you just rummage through a rack, they have a dedicated parcel room and the staff personally assist you, which is a wonderful touch. The room itself was a good size and generally clean. It is also a smart room! However, I did notice it was a bit dusty in the corners. The only other minor downside was that the bathroom felt a little cramped. Despite the small points on dust and the bathroom size, I would definitely stay here again because the fantastic staff and unbeatable location more than make up for it.
