It’s always a nice stay. The room was spacious and clean with a beautiful view. However, the blanked was stained. The only stain on an almost pristine review.

Cleanliness : Room is very dirty, old and bad smell and leaking when raining.
Location : It’s far away from any convenient stores. It’s isolated. You have to walk around 1 km. To nearest metro station. Be careful when you walk on foot path, motorbike can crash you anytime.
Service : Hotel staff can not speak English. It was difficult to communicated.
Amenities: There is none amenities available on this hotel.

room is ok, breakfast is ok too. location is a bit walk to metro station but can ride bicycle so no worries. from outside , hotel look ok. my room was at level 4 but when i wrongly went to level 8, it's totally different vibes. overall is good

Hotel is around 15 minutes walk from mrt .... you will be suffer if you walking during summer under hot sun with your luggage
Room is big ...receptionist upgrade me to bigger bed but room very far from lift ...

Our stay for 7 days were very comfortable. Everyday, they clean our rooms and give us free toiletries. They also allowed us for late check-out. I will definitely go back to this hotel.

Room is huge. Good for family who want big space. Disadvantage not near to tourists spot and there are no nice food nearby.

Avoid this hotel if possible. Lobby staff were great and helpful. HOWEVER, Rooms were horrible, cigarettes smell lingers in the room. Dull, cold and poor looking room. Upon checking in, found used towel in the toilet, fresh blood stains on the bedsheets. Called the front desk and they gave a new room which really wasn’t any better.
The first 2 nights no one came to clean the room despite informing them on our request. Subsequently after attempts to request for room service they cleaned the room.
Super long corridor if they give you a room far from the lift lobby. Breakfast is very basic, don’t expect much like a 4/5 star hotel.
Location to metro isn’t very good. About 15-20 mins walk to nearest train station (Shanghai West).
Don’t have high expectations or be fooled by the photos..no facilities at all. Room isn’t soundproof you can literally hear what’s going on in the the corridor.
Overall, there are better hotel to choose from if you’re staying in shanghai…

Place waas pretty run down but the rooms were big. Cant really complain since the price is cheap. You get what you pay for. Location is pretty bad with little to no good food around the area. Gotta take a taxi around if u need supper food
