Shanghai Mido Resort Homestay

Comfy relaxed atmosphere, close to Disneyland , short ride to shopping and restaurants, good hosts , they looked after us well

We stayed as a group of six friends. We arrived quite late at around 8 p.m. without informing them of our arrival time in advance, but they welcomed us warmly. The owners, a very kind couple, and their staff were all wonderful. When we really needed to do laundry, they kindly washed our clothes and even brought them to our room, which was a huge help. They also gave us a ride to the bus stop for Disney and the train station. The only inconveniences were that the shower was broken and hard to use, and the towels were thin, disposable ones. But even those became part of the good memories. Thank you very much.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel. The design is gorgeous — so unique and full of character, with a cozy atmosphere that instantly made me feel at home. It was incredibly quiet at night, which made for a perfect night’s sleep. The hosts were kind and very accommodating, always making sure I had everything I needed. I am definitely coming back.

The shuttle to Disneyland, airport and train stations made travel super easy. Communication via WeChat was seamless, and the owners were so kind and helpful- even letting me ship my Taobao parcels before arrival. Aside from disposable towels, truly amazing hospitality and a good stay. Highly recommended! :)

This homestay design is gorgeous and cozy. The lady boss was very friendly and helpful. She helped me to receive a lot of parcels. This homestay has a washing machine, but no dryer, so she helped me to wash and hang my clothes. The homestay provides a simple breakfast for us. The homestay also provides free shuttle bus back from Disneyland and go to Chuan Sha station.
