性價比拉滿閉眼沖就對了，浴室熱水吃飯，抽煙室以及洗衣機，後門還有個小院子可以納涼，關鍵還賞心悦目，房東很客氣。室友不出意外都有邊界感，説白了多少都是講素質的文明青年，主打的就是都很講究，信我選它！如果下次有機會還會來的。

很温馨的青旅，房間雖然你不大，但是各種設備齊全，裝修頗有特色，平常來這邊住宿的大多是學生或者工作黨，附近體育場辦演唱會也有不少粉絲來這邊住，老闆也是個非常親和的人，在大廳可以跟不同背景的住客聊聊天。大互不打擾。總之很適合租房過渡或者實習的年輕人，強推大家來體驗一下。分情況下室友都是各幹各的事情，

位置:地鐵口附近，挨着華東理工大學，購物方便，位置好。環境:乾淨整潔，無亂七八糟的人，安全可靠。服務:老闆人特別好，服務周到，還可以洗衣服，點外賣。價格:性價比特別高，適合來找工作，或者口袋裡沒多少餘糧的年輕人。安全:成熟小區，人員構成簡單，安全放心。
