The front desk staff is warm and friendly, and the check-in procedure is convenient and fast. The bathroom is clean and comfortable, and the mattress, quilt and pillow are very comfortable. The new decoration has no smell, and there are coffee and tables and chairs in the public area, all clean and tidy.

As a newly opened hotel, the Huazhu Group's brand still has certain standards. The front desk was quite enthusiastic when I checked in, but it was obvious that they were new. The hotel rooms are not large, and since they are newly renovated, they have a bit of a smell. But I personally think it is understandable. The Ctrip rating is not high, but it is still worth the experience. The front desk is also responsive, and the quality of the breakfast restaurant is OK. They did not cut corners because they just opened and the price is low. However, it is probably a new store, so the humanized service needs to be strengthened. There is no children's chair in the breakfast restaurant, and the standardized operation needs to be strengthened. No mask was worn during the meal delivery 😃. These are all small things, and I hope to strengthen and improve them.

The soundproofing is very poor. The TV next door is right next to my ear. We clearly booked breakfast when we checked in, but they insisted that there was no breakfast. Then they said there was a problem with the system and they couldn't figure it out. Nothing good except that it's newly opened.
