Sofitel Shanghai North Bund

It was a wonderful experience to stay at Sofitel Hotel! It’s super clean and has a nice night view. Easy to commute to the financial center or the Bund area by bus or taxi! Sydney at the front desk was very friendly and helped us check in. Feel welcomed at my first stop of China Trip!

The ambience of the hotel is pretty chic, and our room was very clean, spacious and well decorated. We had some view of the bund as well! Special shout out to concierge staff Jerry, who made us feel very welcome upon check in and through the stay, and he even gave us tips for good food 😋 recommended for a cosy and luxurious stay!

The hotel is brand new, spotless, and beautifully designed. Our family had a fantastic stay, and we truly appreciated the warm and welcoming atmosphere. Elwyn went above and beyond to assist us throughout our journey, making our experience even more enjoyable. We couldn’t be happier with our stay!

We had an extremely comfortable stay at the Sofitel. The hotel is new, clean and modern, with spacious rooms and very comfortable beds. We slept well every night. Most importantly, service has been fantastic. We were checked in by Fiona at the front desk who gave us her Wechat where we could communicate our needs throughout our stay. She would check in once a day to see how we were and if we needed anything from housekeeping. Not only that, she also helped us call for reservations as we did not have a China phone number. It was almost like having a private concierge which is a service many hotels do not provide. Finally, she helped us arrange a late check-out that gave us ample time to relax before heading to the airport to catch our flight. The staff were also eager to help with luggage, taking it all the way up to our room when checking in and lifting it into our taxi when leaving. The hotel was great and I would highly recommend this hotel just for the service alone. Thank you for the relaxing stay and incredible service Fiona and Sofitel team. 12 Wonderful Days at Sofitel North The Bund" We had an amazing 12-day stay at this hotel. As a new property, everything felt modern and spotless. The service we received was truly exceptional. Jerry, the frontliner, always greeted us warmly every day, creating a welcoming atmosphere. Similarly, Chen Sili from the room service team was always friendly and attentive to our needs. They made us feel right at home, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We highly recommend this hotel and will definitely come back as soon as possible.
