性價比還是很高的離外灘也不遠騎自行車回來10來分鐘很方便兩個人入住上面的榻榻米都沒用上如果帶家人來一起住很是划算

窗外正在施工，有些吵。
室內環境舒適，略有浮塵，床頭是凸凹不平的白磚，上面容易落灰，衞生間馬桶蓋有些舊，希望換一下，整體還不錯。
出差帶了滿18歲的娃娃一起，孩子很喜歡這個室內結構與造形。

El apartamento recien reformado, buena ubicación cerca de parada de subway, lo único un poco mal que la ducha tiene poco agua caliente para 5 personas y la cocina no tiene utensilios por lo que no se puede cocinar en ella , en general bastante bien, muy buenas vistas.

窗户一點不隔音，彷彿睡在大街上；床直接陷下去，嘎吱嘎吱響；連洗個澡還沒洗熱就沒熱水了！住過最垃圾的酒店！本來第二天就是要去市場拿貨的，就想安靜點睡一覺，結果一夜沒睡！必須差評，切勿上當
