This is the worst hotel ever. This is not a hotel. THE CONDITION WAS HORRIBLE. SEE THOSE PICTURES. THEY OFFERED A DIFFERENT ROOM. BUT STILL THEY DIDN'T EVEN HAVE A TV(it seemed someone took it out). When I requested an extra bed, they literally brought a military field trip beds without a Mattress. The lady seems to in her pajamas who came to install. Seriously guys!!! I FELT UNSAFE WITH THIS *** AT THE LOBBBY. HE FORCED ME TO CHECK OUT. Don't you ever go to this hotel. I paid myself and left to other hotel after this lobby ******** type *** forced me check out I am complaining to Trip com as well. YOU SHOULDN'T ALLOW THIS ONE IN YOUR LIST. I HAD TO REQUEST MY PASSPORT COPY BACK WHEN I LEAVE BUT THAT ******** *** REFUSED AND FORCED ME CHECK OUT BEFORE I EVEN SAY. ***** ******. DON'T YOU EVER TRY THIS ONE. I AM SO SURE THEY WILL TURN YOU DOWN.

Cheap at this location. Many long term rentals on a budget. Rooms very outdated, but clean. No breakfast. Staff does not speak English.

Very big space but overall hotel was kinda old, and not near popular tourist areas.
It looks more run down then the photos.

The floor carpet was just durty and sticky. I had to put towels on the flow to step on them. TV set was missing. Shower has very slow stream… Matrasses are too hard. I had to sleep on the second blanket to make it softer. Wont stay here any more)))

- the hotel location is very good and near to oriental pearl tower ( walking of 1.2 km ) .
- check in/out very fast.
-nice view from room on the city
-startbucks coffee and metro station near by.

- the room was not very clean
- the bed quality is not confortable

The Staff was super friendly, the Location was perfect for us. The Hotel looks like it was a good 4 Star hotel in his former years, if you look closely it is run down but for 2 Stars everything was nice.

The previous renovation was very good, and I hope it continues to improve! The location is great, just across the street from the Huangpu River. The room has a view of the Oriental Pearl Tower and the Huangpu River.
