Dear Kathy,
I am a guest of your's. I am very happy here. I sing highly of your service. First of all, the hotel is so beautiful. It looks like a garden. I enjoy it. Then, foods are delicious and some of them are amazing. Most important reason is that the bed is so big and soft that I don't want to get up every morning. It's wonderful here. I can't believe it that I must leave. I want to live here again if I come to this city again.

The hotel is super new, rooms are very spacious, house keeping and cleaning is good, very respectable staff. Best part was self laundry for free. Really impressed by Fairfield by Mariotte.
The breakfast is very expensive i wish there woould be a better option

這家新開的酒店真心不錯，性價比也高，關鍵還是萬豪旗下的，值得信賴。我原本以為新開酒店會有味道，入住了才發現房間一點異味都沒有，服務也周到，完美！

1.前台接待服務員死板，業務能力太差，衹會回覆“不好意思”，靈活處理能力為零，口齒表達不清，高度依賴主管。
2.辦理入住時間太久，半個小時多不理客户，辦理入住流程不規範，不主動詢問，態度倦怠。
3.新裝修味道大，隔音效果太差，走廊説話和外面的車流聲聽的一清二楚。
4.衞生間熱水水壓和水流供應不足，甚至沒有熱水，水質太差，黃色且有沙石雜物，向前台反應無效不解決，且發現多個客房都有反饋。
5.房間太小，180的個子都要彎腰；床墊太高，容易滑落，床品不乾淨還有血漬，馬桶蓋發黃，房間配備不足，沒有洗衣袋。電話前台配送半個小時還沒有送上來。

總體簡單愜意舒適，和別家萬楓小小的房間和開放式的衞生間相比，這家萬楓房間面積大很適合帶小朋友玩耍，衞生間也是完全乾濕分離的私密性很好，也適合商務出差的朋友。

第一天開業的時候入住的，房間裏還是會有點裝修的味道，乾淨是乾淨的，服務也很好，但設施比同價位的會相對少一點，20樓的熱水真的很小，洗澡花了很久，供水方面可以再改進一下。早餐很豐盛

辦人住電腦太會當機，等30分鐘，等到後面客人，快抓狂了，還有電梯品質不佳，我下樓時故障嚇到我，電梯內的電話和服務沒反應

2.24小時健身房，自助洗衣，免費烘乾及洗衣消毒，關鍵還能熨燙襯衣，這個太友好了。👍
3.辦理入住比較快，微笑服務，快速退房服務感受到了細微之處👍
4.客房的舒適墊，讓我完全沒有認床，一覺到天亮
5.第一高樓，從客房可以看到魔都三件套，厲害了
6.酒店很新，咖啡紅茶礦泉水口感很棒，升級的行政房還有免費的歡迎飲料，太感動了
7.交通方便，地鐵，公交，taxi到哪裡都方便
8.值得入住，下次還來
