We had a very pleasant experience staying at Zhanyun Service Apar**ent (Shanghai North Bund Branch). The location of this apar**ent is very strategic. It is located near Tiantong Road Subway Station. It only takes one station to reach Nanjing Road Pedestrian Street, which is very convenient. In addition, there are many snack shops near the apar**ent, making it very convenient to buy food at night. The facilities in the room are very complete. I especially like the washing machine, bathroom heater, projector and TV. These facilities made my stay more convenient and comfortable. Additionally, the rooms are a good size, with two bedrooms and a living room, providing plenty of space. I think this apar**ent is a great value for money and it's well worth it to get such space and facilities. However, the only drawback is that the sound insulation is poor and you can hear the noise of cars walking outside. This may be troublesome for people who are sensitive to noise. But overall, the facilities and conveniences this condo offers make this minor drawback acceptable. In general, Zhanyun Service Apar**ent (Shanghai North Bund Branch) is an accommodation choice with a superior location, complete facilities and high cost performance. The room is very clean. I went out with my family's elderly. It is very convenient to go to the Bund. You can see the beautiful night view from the room. I didn't take a picture of the room, so I posted a picture of the stall outside.

The room is clean and tidy. A cleaning lady comes to clean every day. She pays attention to details and usually waits until the housekeeper confirms that we are out before cleaning. It is a very humane service. The only drawback is that the homestay is in a building. The property management in the building is relatively not so rigorous and pragmatic. There are some residents' sundries piled up in the corridor. In case of a fire, it will be troublesome. I hope that the property management of the building will be improved next time I stay here.
