It's a great stay for a business trip. The housekeeper, Xiaoli, responded to messages promptly. I'll definitely stay here again if I have the chance.

Because I had to go to Ruijin Hospital for medical treatment, I chose this hotel. It is very close to the hospital, and the surrounding transportation and food are very convenient. The environment is also very good. The rooms in the B&B are very clean, comfortable, and feel like home. It is especially suitable if you bring children with you. You can cook, wash clothes, and there is a refrigerator, which is very convenient. Next time I come to Shanghai, I will still choose this B&B. The housekeeper is also very patient and the service is very timely.

However, we wouldn't recommend the hotel. Especially because it was really dirty when we arrived. The floor was so dirty that our soles blackened the first time we walked on it. All the surfaces and cupboards and drawers didn't look good either. We ended up cleaning ourselves, which isn't something you really want to do on vacation. The amenities weren't quite up to scratch either. It's nice to have air conditioning and a washing machine, but they lacked basic things like hooks in the bathroom for towels or a shelf.

The children repeatedly emphasized that they would stay in this room next time they return to Shanghai 😄
