The location was accurate but the room was missing a few things. Complimentary water for example. Otherwise the staff was very quick at responding to enquiries.

The room is inside one of those old buildings in the french concession. I arrived late and found it kind of difficult to locate but the operator had been helpful in guding me there. The room was nicely decorated and had what I need. Stepping out of the building, turn right you can find a nice 4chuan restaurant and turn left u can walk down the street and feel the french concession vibes

I can fully recommend the “View Heart room”. It’s so beautiful and relaxing. The staff lady is friendly and it’s in one of the best areas of Shanghai! Just be careful that you get the right address, the rooms are all at different places.

This homestay is central to Xintiandi however the facilities was not up to standard as it had bad sewer odor. The bad sewer odor is unbearable
There was construction with hammering and drilling on Sun from 8am till late.
The bedroom is below the toilet directly

Lovely room in Tianzifang, the customer service was really helpful and fast in answering our questions, it sent me very detailed instructions about self check-in and how to reach the place. Definitely recommended ☺️
