從沙漠綠洲輾轉，來到中國最東邊的繁華水邊…… 海鷗大廈，位於蘇州河和黃浦江交界處，同時擁有外白渡橋和黃浦江三件套（明珠塔、金茂、上海中心）的景色，旁邊是老毛子的使館樓和革命英雄紀念碑。十三層，親水洋樓。準備住兩天，於是升級到帶陽台的靠黃浦江一側的房間，40+平方，室內設計和佈置較多，綠色金紋的大理石低調奢華，電視帶投屏功能，卧區兩側有推拉門，設計用心，略顯擁擠，倒吻合了老上海房間的特點。推開落地門，江水氣息襲麪而來，思緒被帶回過去的歲月，光陰流轉，物似人非，挺好。除了青島啤酒，其餘喝的均進口，飲料免費，選擇了薑汁汽水，冰冰涼，適合泡澡。扔下個浴鹽球，水中翻滾遊動，香氣清淡；窗外，摩天大樓，燈紅酒綠，遊輪來來往往。偶爾，運沙船悄悄駛過…… 此刻，一人，兩人，均可，各有各好。

非常完美的一次體檢，雖説有一點點小插曲，但總體還是非常不錯的，強烈的推薦景觀無話可説，在上海住過的唯一一家離黃浦江這麼近還帶陽台的酒店房間設施非常的新，minibar品質真的高，主要是還不收費，每天還有免費的洗衣服務，太完美了外賣竟然是禮賓通過人力幫我送到房間，這一點真的是超出的我的預料 Lee的服務非常的棒，我有任何問題都第一時間幫我做了解答，服務真的好好啊👍 二樓的早餐風景也是一絕，不知道是因為人太多的原因還是什麼原因，菜品沒有那麼的多，補充的感覺沒有那麼的及時總體來看，超出了我來之前的預期，強烈推薦，下次再來這家將納入我的必選清單🧾

很滿意，工作人員無微不至，房間雖不大但勝在景色絕佳，升級到外灘景觀後就可以躺在床上左看陸家嘴，右看外灘。而且酒店很新，地理位置很好，走路去外灘散步也很方便。早餐半自助，菜品不算多但也算夠吃，每個位置都能看到江景。

入住前酒店有先致電，貼心詢問是否有小朋友，會準備小朋友用品，但可能忘記安排。大堂空調超級足，大夏天的進入酒店感覺有點冷。免費升級了房型，感謝，但是3點20分到達被告知房間還沒好，等到了4點。期間説可以贈送飲品坐着等待，點了三杯飲料，點完了之後説免單2杯。陽台景色很棒，酒店設計感也很強。泳池服務人員很貼心，暖暖的泡池小朋友也説很舒服。

Very nice hotel, the location is unbeatable, your on one side of the bund where it’s not so crowded. Beautiful view from the room. The breakfast was very nice, with very responsive and professional service. Felt very comfortable as a family with a 3 year old! It is from a walking distant to many nice spots to go like Nanjing rd pedestrian street. We had lunch at the Ministry of crab that is located in the people’s parc, and we walked back to the hotel with a 45 min walk through Nanjing rd very nice. Too bad the swimming pool is at the reception floor and is indoor, but you can’t have it all! You can still take a bath with the view in the room. It was a great stay !

Unfortunately, our experience had included a series of issues: • A delayed check-in with an inaccessible room after paying for an upgrade • A hygiene issue with a pillow that smelled of urine; • A letter advising that our upgraded Bund view is blocked due to building works This is unacceptable of a 5 star hotel let alone any
