Hotel is the best I have stayed at in Shanghai highly recommend, reception is very nice and helpful lady with short hair and glasses. Better service than other 5 star hotels. Lady at the front is also super helpful with booking DiDi.

This is a trip to visit my friend in Shanghai with my whole family. My friend is a very responsible person who booked the hotel for us and arranged the butler. The butler is a top professional, and he not only planned the itinerary, but also took good care of him during the stay.His name is Curry.
