The apartment is quite old and could use a facelift, but I was satisfied. The sound levels were low. Everything was clean and tidy, and the apartment has almost everything you need: a hairdryer, dental kits, shower caps, gel, shampoo, and more. We used the slow cooker and dishes. There's a projector for watching movies. The location is excellent, close to the metro, a shopping center, a vegetable market, supermarkets, and small shops, and the city center is just a stone's throw away. The owner was always available, responded quickly, and was helpful. He sent information and his geolocation on WeChat on the day of move-in. Cons: A broken window resulted in road noise and cold air ingress into the apartment. Recommendations: window repair (warped frame, worn window seals, one window handle won't close) to block noise and cold air ingress. Kitchen utensils should include a stirring spatula and chopsticks. A mat or towel for your feet so you don't have to drag all the water into the apartment. The information about the check-in was a bit lacking; it needed a photo of the entrance and the floor number, so I had to guess which floor. Hint for other guests: the entrance to the building is next to the beer restaurant. The floor is determined by the first digits of the apartment number.
