I loved the design of the room , my first priority was cleanliness it was excellent. Staff is really helpful too we reach early 8am as we are early flight but they help us to check in early for us to rest really thankful for the gesture as we are really tired . Overall was a beautiful hotel ! Recommended!!

Came to Shanghai for one day, one of the very few hotels in downtown that allowed big dogs. Location is great , close to downtown and easy to find. Have free parking as well plus very close to highway. Definitely recommend 🫶

Great hotel — new, very clean, with free parking and pet friendly! Everyone was very nice and polite to us, from the front desk staff to the housekeeper. Considering that we were traveling with a golden retriever, we were super happy to be so welcomed and see other guests having well-behaved pets as well. Overall a nice experience and a definitely a step forward in China’s pet-friendly hospitality, will come again soon! 👏👏

Rooms are big and clean. Good location

Advantages: Good location, many shopping malls around; overall clean; complete facilities in the room; good service, check-in directly if the plane arrives early; take-out can be ordered, and the robot is responsible for delivering it to the room. Disadvantages: The bed is very soft, and I can't sleep well. I had back pain the next day; the shower water flow is very small, and it is inconvenient to wash my hair; the weather is cold and I want to turn on the hot air air conditioner, but I can't adjust it. In the end, I had to turn on the warm air in the bathroom; the floor room instructions are unclear, and there is no room number and direction sign after the elevator.

The room was very clean, and there was a Hema downstairs, which was very nice. There was also a washing machine in the room, which solved the problem of not being able to change and wash clothes during a long business trip. The breakfast room was not open yet.

The rooms are spacious, clean, and beautifully designed. There's also a small kitchen. There's also a microwave, which is very good. The systems are quite high-tech. Including the air conditioner that will adjust the temperature automatically. When it gets cool to a certain level, the air conditioner turns off. I'm secretly confused about the air conditioning system as well. As for the employees, they can't communicate in English. But it was helpful in checking in. The downside is that it's quite a long walk from the subway station, but near the hotel there's Family Mart and McDonald's. It's convenient to find food.

The room was well-lit and well-equipped with home appliances. It was a comfortable stay. The front desk clerk was also very polite. When I checked in, I was assigned the wrong room on the lower floor. After communication, someone immediately took the high-floor room card and sent it to the room to take me to the room on the high floor. Serve fruit. It is worth noting that this is a pet-friendly hotel. During the 3 days of my stay, I sometimes heard the neighbor's dog barking. Although I don't think it has any impact at all, guests who are sensitive to sounds or small animals should be careful.

I always stay at Citadines when I go on business trips. This store on Changshou Road is in a great location, surrounded by shopping malls, and my favorite Hema is just across the road. The room is cruel. The front desk service was warm and thoughtful, and we were given a free room upgrade because we arrived early. It is very convenient to have a washing machine and kitchen. You can also see Suzhou River outside the window. Awesome. Will stay here next time.
