I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room and common areas were very clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. The hotel is very clean and well-maintained, with excellent housekeeping. I really appreciated the laundry room, which made the stay even more convenient. The location is also excellent, close to many attractions and easy to get around. The only downside was the construction and roadwork happening nearby, which was a bit noisy at times. Other than that, everything about the stay was wonderful, and I would still highly recommend this hotel.

The front desk staff were consistently attentive, always offering tea promptly. Invoicing was handled quickly and efficiently. Breakfast was delicious and very generous. A thoughtful warm beverage was even provided at check-out, which was a lovely touch. The excellent soundproofing ensured a quiet and peaceful stay. All the facilities were top-notch, featuring high-quality hardware and superb bedding. The overall ambiance was enhanced by a pleasant, fragrant aroma.

Nicely designed hotel near Xintiandi area (10 minutes walking distance). Although most of the hotel staffs could not speak much English, but they are very helpful and tried to communicate with us using the translation app. They also help us make reservation at the Michelin restaurant nearby, Canton 8. The breakfast has variety of choice and delicious. The room is a bit small comparing with other hotel in the area, but clean and good enough to stay for a few nights. They only provide tooth brush-paste and comb for shower amenities.
