Hotel location is very good. Everyday we got snacks. It has free self service laundry. Gym is so limited tho

The room is very clean, especially the front desk and the auntie's service is very good 👍. I always stay at Ji Hotel when I'm on business trips and I'm an old member of Huazhu.

It takes about 15 minutes to walk to Hongqiao Railway Station, which is quite close. The guy at the front desk upgraded our room. There were also milk and fruit when we checked in. The room was quite clean. I wiped the tabletop and it was clean. I was satisfied.

I took my child to the front desk and they upgraded us to a business room for free. It was really thoughtful. The room was very clean and the key point was that it was very close to the station. Parents with children can go there without worry.

I checked in on March 23, when Shanghai is hot, the outdoor temperature is 26/27 degrees, and the hotel room is also stuffy and hot. I turned on the central air conditioner, but the cooling, dehumidification, and ventilation were ineffective. After telling the front desk, the front desk said that it is not available now. For the cooling, dehumidification and ventilation functions, you can just restart the central air conditioner operation panel. However, it turned out that restarting it countless times was useless. The front desk manager finally came and said that my room is in the north. I might as well open the window for ventilation first. The house in the south is hotter, so I should turn it on. The windows are ventilated (meaning you can't check out or change rooms). It turned out that opening the window to ventilate didn't help, it was too hot. Later, an electric fan was sent and I was told that it would be like this for today. It said that the temperature would cool down in two days (I booked four nights). Then, it rained in Shanghai the next day. I don’t know how the hotel was designed on this floor. It seemed like there was a rain shield outside the window. The sound of rain was very loud. And the rooms on the north were also close to the road. At night, there was the sound of speeding cars and large cars passing by. It’s not blocked much by the glass windows at all, which also affects your rest… Breakfast, alas, don’t mention it, there are very few types, and the room price is 700 per night. Really, the facilities, soundproofing, environment, and breakfast are far worse than the 400 per night price when I moved to the Xijiao Holiday Inn on 27/28. . In addition to the transportation, it takes nearly 10 minutes to walk from Hongqiao Railway Station. At this price, I really don’t recommend it to everyone.

The breakfast was delicious, the service was very attentive, the room was clean and tidy, the bed was very comfortable, the aunt and the front desk service were very welcoming, and it was very close to the train station and the convention and exhibition center.

I come to Shanghai for business trips every month and stay at this Jiji Hotel in Hongqiao. The location is very convenient. The hotel is very new and very close to the business district. It takes only a few minutes to reach Longhu Tianjie. The hotel service is also great. I helped upgrade the hotel to a superior double room this time. I will continue to choose to stay here next time.
