First, the sewage system is terrible. Toilet is not air conditioned, more like open air with windows sealed to avoid pests. But still had tiny white bugs flying around the shower head. Second, The toilet bowl and shower area always had a sewage smell. Always got water around the toilet bowl floor area after flush. Then, the Bed and blanket had bugs, see photo. A beetle crawled out from behind the bedside table and I killed it, see photo. Cleaner lady left hair in the toilet bowl after making up the room, see photo. Front desk totally ignored our food order even after the delivery driver informed them. We had to go down to check the table that was designated for food delivery, while the young chap was chatting happily with a young lady both at the front desk. Hotel is inside a condo area, so only had one way in and out. Far from the mrt stations. 江湾镇站 is nearer to the hotel, but still 15 mins walk. Hard to get Didi near the hotel because the app said that this location is not a common route. Overall this is a terrible hotel and only good thing is free mineral water bottles.

The environment is 👌, the service is nice, some rooms are a bit noisy and they are changed immediately, and the room type is upgraded. If there is any problem, it is solved immediately. The lady at the front desk is friendly and I will stay there again next time I have the chance.

We booked this hotel because we were going to a concert. The staff were very nice. Ms. Gao helped with our luggage, and a handsome guy also helped with takeout.
