Remark: We are foreign travelers, first time and first day/night we arrived in China. May not know the standard of China’s accommodation yet.
Staff: Very helpful even though we can’t speak Chinese. We use WeChat, which has translation function to communicate thru text. She is really lovely.
***Advised to add them on WeChat as soon as you book the hotel (Read more below)***
Location: The location on the App (+Pic on “Exterior”) led us to different building on different area = We totally lost, until a lady in that building called the staff and she came to bring us to the place closer to Tian Zi Fang (Which is confusing but great, with 1 min walk into Tianzifang and 3 mins to Metro)

Cons** - The room is not soundproof, we always heard people moved on the upper level and walked in the corridor al the time. It woke me up since 6-7 AM…
The shower room’s door was not functioned, they cannot be closed. But I know how to fix them, so I did. It now works perfectly well, no more leaking into the bedroom (which is just 1 m away) :D

This was our first stay in China, and the host was VERY helpful with the registration for international visitors in Shanghai. The room was small but nice, and everything was clean.

It was beyond expectation. The two beds were very big. The room was a loft duplex with two windows. The breeze was very comfortable and there was no odor.
It was very good for a B&B. It was very quiet. I slept very comfortably. The space was large. It was a very cheap and cost-effective room in this area. The owner was also very easy to talk to.
There was a paid parking space, but we didn't drive over. The location was also easy to find.
