the room, design and fitout was great - really enjoyed the stay. Would be an improvement if the shower can be more powerful and if the AC control can be easier to control (room was a bit warm).
Breakfast selection was good but the food generally weren’t warm enough.
Will definitely come again to stay.

Got a free upgrade by Cheryl who was very friendly and professional. Appreciate it. However, there were a few hiccups. A random guest opened my door despite it being locked on 7 Dec. Quite unacceptable for a branded hotel like this. Cleaning auntie also threw away my facial towel during turndown service.

Hotel stay was comfortable.
After a day of facing the crowds at Nanjing road, coming back to peace and quiet is the best way to end the day.
Service was alright, breakfast selections are a little disappointing, no point purchasing room with breakfast.
Not a dealbreaker but I feel the hotel should have the robot deliver the food delivery to our rooms instead of us heading down to collect it.
I stayed in so many hotels in china, and was amazed by the robots delivering our food to our rooms,
this is the 1st hotel that didn’t have that service.

Thankyou for the free upgrade room from the hotel! This hotel is so modern and clean, we love the design. The room is so comfortable and big. Breakfast not much choices but all in good quality condition. Very nice!

Just next to Taikooli so it was very convenient to find restaurants around. Very modern room. Clean. Nice buffet breakfast with western and chinese style food.

extremely helpful and accomodating especially when the bathroom is wet, it gets very slippery, hence they were quick to provide more towels and mats to avoid falling. that is a very kind gesture. well done, more could be done in the future, this is only a temporary resolution.

Amazing hotel. Very modern, everything you need in the room. Even a yoga mat. Breakfast had many good choices. Definitely a recommendation if you have business in this area.

The hotel is really nice. The lobby to the room was nice and very well thought.
Breakfast taste was good but could have bigger and better spread.
The room is very comfortable, bed pillow could have more option, the hotel have turn down service as well.
The hotel should have robot to send the deliveries to the room instead of collecting from then back of the hotel.
***The hotel should give more direction for didi drivers to know how to drive into lobby.
Hotel is in too new area so nothing much around here. Maybe will be back if I have chance.
