We are very happy with our stay in this hotel. It is very clean and the staff are very friendly, courteous and helpful. The hotel comes with common laundry area with washing machine and dryer - a very useful features and the staff will help to put them in dryer if you indicated that drying is required after washing. Will certainly book this hotel again in my next visit to Shanghai. 洗衣服务很好，强烈推荐大家入住。

- The room is clean. Cleaning staff cleans the room every day.
- Convenient transportation, near the metro “shangcheng road exit 2” walk from metro to hotel about 300 metre

Great service, managed to check in early before 10am as they had room available without any extra charge. Rooms cleaned and amenities changed/ top up daily. Free bottles of water too.
Downside, can be a little noisy for light sleepers as can sometimes hear doors opening and smell abit of smoke if ur not on non-smoking floor.
Great location for tourists, right next to a food mall and a few shopping centres.

The room is very nice and big enough for 2 people. Air-con is super cool, and toilet is also good.
Staff can speak English a little bit.
The location is close to mrt station (line 9). Many restaurants are nearby.
I booked 2 rooms, one of them has no fridge.

hotel lobby include free coffee machine ....
staff was also helpful to load laundry into machine and help to dry in if you are not on site
