My final day at the hotel was incredibly frustrating and disappointing, especially since I had chosen to stay here for one night specifically to ensure a smooth departure before my flight the next afternoon.
First, my online parcel—which arrived a day before my stay—was mishandled by the hotel. This created unnecessary stress, and I had to spend time calling both TB customer service and the delivery company to track it down. Thankfully, it was located just in time before I had to leave for the airport shuttle, but the whole situation was avoidable and added a lot of anxiety.
Second, the breakfast was a letdown. Instead of being served in a proper in-house restaurant, it was simply ordered from the restaurant next door and delivered to the room in takeaway containers. For the price I paid, I expected a better dining experience—not something that felt like a quick fix.
Lastly, the shuttle service was a mess. It was raining heavily, and all the guests had to drag their luggage out to the roadside in the downpour just to board the bus. There was no shelter, no assistance, and not even an umbrella provided. It was chaotic and honestly embarrassing. For a hotel that promotes convenience, this was anything but.
