The staffs were very nice, they tried to communicate through a translation app.
It was also very convenient that we could take a shuttle bus connected to the hotel and the airport.
There were toothbrushes and slippers in the room.

Hotel provides shuttle bus service to/fro Pudong airport. Good for solo or female travelers especially if touchdown late at night.
It's about 25-30 mins drive from airport (not that near). Bus driver was quite rude, and front desk wasn't as helpful as some travelers described.
But location wise, it's convenient to find food and there's a super-mart nearby.
Very basic hotel. For layover to catch a nap or freshen up before moving off, it's a reasonable choice.
