Because I had something to do, I contacted the hotel customer service two days later, but they kept shirking the responsibility. It was useless to change the towels frequently because they were not cleaned. I looked at other stores of the brand and many people reported the above problems, especially the poor hygiene and unclean towels.

The whole house is fully functional, the front desk service is very good, helping to collect express and print documents, the luggage storage service is also very good, the surrounding environment is also good, very close to the subway station, there are food and drinks, stayed for two nights, and the cleaning was also timely

The room is clean, the bathroom towels are clean, and the price/performance ratio is very high. Next time if I am nearby, I will choose this hotel again.
