Waiting Hotel (Shanghai Hongqiao Tianshan Road)

Booked a hotel that they say was near to the subway which was a scam. The subway is about 20 Min away and when we booked the room we booked it with breakfast but the breakfast was a scam. What you get for breakfast is an egg, a cold coffee and a sandwich which is not good. The service at the hotel is so so, yesterday when we checked in the lady in the reception was service friendly but the one this morning was not. This is a hotel that is not worth the money you pay! Either lower the cost per night or give your customers what they pay for!

We stayed here previously and that room was nice. This one was not as good. The chain lock on the door was broken, so we couldn't use it. The shower was much smaller, even though it was the same room type. The lights were a bit wonky, and it didn't feel like the automatic setting on the heater worked. I still like the hotel overall, however, as it's in a really good location and the workers are very nice.
